You will be a suitable candidate for ProlapLase® if you have pelvic organ prolapse and wish to treat this without surgery or pessaries.

Your consultation takes place at our Baker Street clinic. Our team will assess the degree and type of pelvic organ prolapse and confirm whether ProlapLase is appropriate for your presentation. ProlapLase is most effective for mild to moderate prolapse — severe cases may require surgical assessment and Mr Daniels will advise accordingly. A current normal smear result is before treatment can begin. The number of sessions required (typically three to five) is discussed at this appointment. No special preoperative preparations are required for ProlapLase. No fasting is needed. Wear loose, comfortable to your appointment.
